A homoeopathic paediatrician, a counselling expert and a freelance writer are a few words to describe my profession. My sole aim is to put forth practical piece of information that guides every one right in the direction, blending the medicos to a layman with a simple gesture to make the medical things a little less convoluted and comprehendible.

Today we all stand as a part of a competitive and struggling work environment, to keep the zeal high everyone desires physical and mental health. But it is not a child’s play to manage time and spend loads on expensive health measures such as spas and personal trainers every now and then.

The following write is about a few inexpensive, handy and less troublesome tricks to pamper one. Further it explains that how some natural ways can help one regain youth and maintain the young feel forever by just spending a few minutes and penny.

Hydration plays a major role in maintaining health and wellness, adequate amount of simple water on daily basis can aid digestion, replenish skin and raise metabolic rate. Medically a daily intake of 3-2 litres is recommended for a healthy living. Further, regular exercising or even walking, can do the trick it not only enhances metabolic rate rather elevates mood by stimulating certain chemicals leaving an elated and relaxed state. Exercising lowers cholesterol levels prevents chronic illnesses such as cancer, osteoporosis etc and simply a commendable gesture to maintain both on the inside and outside. A simple walk can never be a mind wobbling deal to make when compared to its healthy returns

Pampering yourself with an 8 hour complacent sleep is bliss, this rejuvenation and gingerliness extends throughout the day and in long term helps to cope up with environmental stressors swiftly. An involuntary act known as breathing when guided consciously stimulates relaxation, it not only promotes health; rather raises concentration, lowers agitation and restlessness with just an expense of 5 to 10 minutes. Breathing techniques such as rapid relaxation and popular 7 / 11 breathing have proved efficacious to lower chronic stress levels and aid relaxed calm state to many who follow up religiously.

Dietary habits and health are intricately woven together. Constipation, diarrhoea, headaches, obesity, anorexia, acne, heart diseases, gastric ulcers, piles are some of the manifestations of an unhealthy foodie. A balanced and well managed diet inclusive of vegetables, fruits and a schedule can turn one miraculously virile and sturdy. A diet full of required vitamins, minerals, fast and essential components is all one needs.

“The human race has only one really effective weapon and that is laughter”, as wisely quoted by Mark Twain. Laughter is synonymous to conventional care as it aids healing and reduces pain. It is magical, cost effective and no side effects at all. Another low cost option is quitting alcohol and smoking, apart from its hazardous effect on heart, liver and lungs it can shape up to an addiction as well ruining all spheres of life.

Further one can mollycoddle with aromatherapy, different oil essences act as relaxants, sedatives and antispasmodics. This can further be used in conjunction to music, “Medicine, to produce health, has to examine disease; and music, to create harmony, must investigate discord.” – Plutarch.

Lastly, time management plays a key role, everyone is busy and stuck up but a little effort can make all the difference.  Just try these and see the wonders around you and within.
