HealthKosh is publishing the following advertisement guidelines so as to manage various aspects of Advertisement on our website. HealthKosh has the right to change the policy without any prior intimation.

Guideline 1 : The advertisements appearing on HealthKosh are not to be considered as an endorsement of the product or services or for the company that manufactures, distributes or promotes those products and services

Guideline 2 : HealthKosh will not permit at any time the placement of any advertisement of illegal and objectionable nature. HealthKosh hosts Google ads and links, the content of which we do not control.

Guideline 3 : The advertisements that are clicked may link to the advertiser's website. HealthKosh is not responsible for the content on the advertiser's website

Guideline 4 : HealthKosh has the right to reject, remove any form of advertising from the website. We also have to right to determine the placement of the advertisement

Guideline 5 : All the regulatory compliance in terms of advertisement has to borne by the advertisers. HealthKosh will not in any form monitor the compliance with applicable laws. However, if need so arrives, HealthKosh has the right to review the advertisement for compliance and assess any breach of any law upon which the advertisement will be removed
